Located in the North Shore neighborhood at 8050 Byron Ave, Tatum Park is a triangle-shaped park less than 1 acre in size.

This very active neighborhood hangout is mostly shaded and features a 2 – 5 year old play structure, chain climber, basketball court and small field for open play.

In 2015, the City installed two sand volleyball courts and hired a third party vendor to coordinate classes. They’ve also increased the overall lighting at the park and replaced the old run down playground with a new playground that has a shade structure and safety surfacing.

The park is handicap accessible and also features a pavilion with water fountains and restrooms. To rent the pavilion privately, please contact the Recreation Program Supervisor at 305-993-2021.
