Located on 6500 Indian Creek Drive, the Ronald W. Shane Center is approximately 4,000 square feet of rentable space overlooking the scenic Indian Creek Waterway. This is a unique and convenient site for weddings, seminars, bridal showers, corporate meetings, social networking events, holiday events, performing arts events, and other functions. It boasts to be one of the most beautiful, upscale and affordable venues in Miami Beach. The facility has plenty of free public parking space, right on the premises and allows people to use external caterers. There is a capacity for up to 240 for a seated reception and 400 cocktail style.  The facility is run by a nonprofit organization and a partnership with the City with proceeds from the meetings and event space going towards the betterment of the center, its programs and the community. 

Located in the same facility is the Ronald W. Shane Center/Miami Beach Watersports Center. There is a large sheltered waterway, which leads into several canals and is perfect for rowing, kayaking and canoeing along  Biscayne Bay. The Miami Beach Rowing Club meets at the watersports facility, which is open year around, and offers a number of rowing programs to fit any interest and abilities.
